Monica was raised in Texas and moved to Enid in August of 2021 along with her husband of 20+ years, Juan and their 2 dogs Scout and Pandi. Monica has been in eye care since 2005. She is bilingual and will be the friendly face always here to greet you and answer any question you may have.
Amber is an optician who came to us from Oklahoma City. She has been in eycare since 2016. She specializes in troubleshooting frame and lens adaptation and fine tuning that fit to your individual characteristics. Plus, Amber has great taste in frame selection for new look! She is bilingual as well and a joy to our team! In her free time, she enjoys working out and traveling.
Claudia joined our team in 2014. She began as a receptionist then moved to Optician and Contact Lens Team Leader. Recently, started pre-testing to help our Spanish Speaking clients she is bilingual, she also is our Online Team Leader. She and her husband Jorge have a son and a daughter. They enjoy coaching the kids teams and spending time as a family.
Chastie has been on the team since 1998. She is a specialist in all areas of the practice but currently enjoys clinical care as Clinic Team Leader and overseeing Lab Services. Chastie has always been an aunt to Dr. Carlson and Kristie's kids. She's passionate about the kid's activities and sports. She enjoys spending time at the lake and beaches with her husband Brandon and family.
Kristie is a Speech Language Pathologist. She and Dr. Carlson met at Northeastern State University. She has been Team Leader for Advantage EyeCare for 24 years. She and Dr. Carlson have 2 kids. Kristie enjoys spending times with her family, outdoors, volunteering at the school in Fellowship of Christian Athletes, feeding the teams during game season and helping with booster clubs and PTSA.
